Residents and employees who live or work within the Northwest Parking District are eligible to purchase a Transportation Wallet for $99, or trade in an eligible Zone M parking permit and receive one for free. Additionally, people in the district who qualifies for TriMet's Low Income transit fare can apply for a free Golden Transportation Wallet. 

The Transportation Wallet is made possible by parking permit surcharge fees collected in the NW Parking District, thanks to the support of the NW Parking District Stakeholder Advisory Committee, which makes decisions around parking management and transportation. 

Sales for the 2020 Transportation Wallet are closed. 
The 2021 Wallet will be available in late January or early February.
