Residents and employees who live or work within the Central Eastside Industrial Parking District are eligible to purchase a Transportation Wallet for $99, or trade in an eligible Zone G or N parking permit and receive one for free. Additionally, people in the district who qualify for TriMet's Low Income transit fare can apply for a free Golden Transportation Wallet.

The Transportation Wallet is made possible by parking permit surcharge fees collected in the Central Eastside Industrial Parking District thanks to the support of the Central Eastside Industrial Council (CEIC), whose stakeholder committee members make decisions around parking management and transportation.

Sales for the 2020 Transportation Wallet are closed. 
The 2021 Wallet will be available in late January or early February.
