In 2016 the Port of Portland received a grant from the U.S Department of Transportation’s TIGER program to construct an overcrossing on N. Rivergate Blvd. The project has also received funding from Metro, the Oregon Department of Transportation and City of Portland Transportation System Development Charges.

*During construction, North Time Oil Road will be used as a detour*
