PBOT has been developing Neighborhood Greenways to connect neighborhoods, schools, parks, jobs, commercial centers, transit and, other destinations in the City of Portland. The HOP Neighborhood Greenway helps link the I-205 Gateway area and NE 128th Avenue, and provides a key connection between the 100s Neighborhood Greenway and the 130s Neighborhood Greenway. More importantly, it will serve as a vital link to facilities and spaces of significance in East Portland. The HOP Neighborhood Greenway is funded by Fixing Our Streets, a voter-approved 10-cent gas tax for fixing streets and making them safer.

Project Budget: The total budget for the HOP Neighborhood Greenway is $1.5 million, with $552,000 from Fixing Our Streets and additional funding from transportation system development charges (known as TSDCs).
