COVID-19 Update

During the current state of emergency, please visit our Covid-19 City of Portland website for customer service hours and operational changes for all city bureaus.

During the City’s state of emergency, all PBOT Development Review staff are working remotely. Generally, staff can be reached via email or telephone. There may be occasional delays in processing certain permit applications or land use reviews.
