Resource Access Center earns accolades

In a piece on the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) blog today, Lee Jones highlights the Resource Access Center, a cornerstone of the City's 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness.
Funding for the project, a partnership with the Housing Authority of Portland (HAP), Transition Projects, Inc., and other community partners, includes $3.3 million from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA.)
HAP received almost $13.7 million in ARRA funds; Jones praises HAP's carefully-considered spending of that money to upgrade more than 15 housing complexes across the city.
