Each month, the Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) offers Home Ownership Workshops to connect community members to the wide variety of local programs and partners available to help in the homebuying process.

The workshop will teach you how to access homebuyer education and counseling services, homebuyer tax credit programs, down payment assistance programs, property tax exemptions, first mortgage loan programs, connections to local non-profit partners, and more.
