We received great news this week.

Bud Clark Commons officially received LEED Platinum Certification.

Congratulations to Director Margaret Van Vliet and her team at the Portland Housing Bureau, and to all of our partners, including Holst Architecture, Home Forward, and Walsh Construction.

Thanks also to Nick's colleagues on the Portland City Council for supporting this innovative development.
