Each year, Council presents the Steve Lowenstein Trust Award to the Portlander who's "demonstrated the greatest contribution to assisting the poor and underprivileged in the City of Portland, Oregon."

As Parks Commissioner, Nick has the honor of presenting the award each December. This year, the Lowenstein Trust Board selected Pat Wagner, Linnton community advocate, as the recipient of the award. Congratulations, Pat!
