At the Gilbert Heights and Metro Trails Pit Stop, the Bicycle Transportation will have a smoothie-making bike set up and waiting for you to pedal.  Metro Trails Program will have information on their amazing trail system.  Bike N' Hike will offer free basic bike repair.  And for food you can have a delicious slider or doughnut....or both!
