Finding your way with maps and apps
The Portland Bureau of Transportation’s SmartTrips program hosts a free class this Wednesday, June 26, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on the best maps and digital applications to help you get around on foot, transit and bike.
Ever needed help planning a trip combining biking with transit? Planning on biking to the Oregon coast this summer? Want to take a walk by some of the city’s heritage trees?
Whether you’re a devotee to printed maps or never apart from your smart phone, this class will provide a survey of the region’s best tools for trip planning.
The free class will be held at the Portland Community College CLIMB Center at 1626 SE Water Avenue.
