On Thursday, June 4, at 2:00 pm, the Portland City Council will host a day of appreciation for Rev. Dr. W. G. Hardy, Jr.

Join us to celebrate Pastor Hardy and his lifetime of service to the Portland community, most recently as senior pastor of the Highland Christian Center.

Pastor Hardy has been serving the community for more than 20 years. From head start education and youth ministries to mental health and addiction services, Pastor Hardy’s leadership and advocacy has made a big difference.

During the celebration, we will present an official Proclamation to Pastor Hardy, and then hear from some special guests.
