The Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) invites artists to submit proposals for the Installation Art Series in the City’s Portland Building.

The Installation Art Series showcases art in a small gallery space in the building’s lobby. From interactive displays to traditional shows, the Series encourages artists to question common perspectives through art. It’s a great opportunity for people of all backgrounds – from professionals to art students – to create expressive, unique installations.

The Series reaches broad and diverse audiences on a daily basis. Nearly 200 installations have graced the space since 1994. 

The next season runs from May 2016 – March 2017. Artists from Oregon and Washington are eligible to apply, and works are selected through a juried process with RACC. The submission deadline is Wednesday, November 4, 2015.
