BES Approved Construction Products List (CPL)

In addition to the Portland Bureau of Transportation and the Portland Water Bureau, the Bureau of Environmental Services maintains a list of approved, commonly-used construction products for use within the public right-of-way.

Find the Approved Construction Products List (CPL). Commonly-used construction products not currently on the CPL can be submitted for consideration using the Product Application Form. This form can be submitted via email to Joe Evinger at Joe.Evinger@portlandoregon.gov.
