During this public comment period, the City has worked hard to ensure that community voices, specifically those from underrepresented communities, are heard, using tools like a city–wide survey, public meetings, a City Council forum and $65,000 in small grants to elevate community feedback. The City’s comments include input gathered through this outreach as well as an in-depth technical review of the Proposed Plan.
