Each year, the OLCC will send a letter to liquor license holders with renewal information. Follow the instructions in your letter to renew your annual liquor license with both the OLCC and the City of Portland by the named deadline. The City will not accept renewal payments submitted more than three months in advance of the license expiration date.
The City of Portland Liquor Licensing Program requests that all 2020 renewal payments be made through the online payment system here.
If it is not possible for licensees to submit online payments, mailed payments will be accepted but must include the renewal letter for local governments. The processing time for mailed payment will be longer and may take up to 30 days.
Checks should be made out to City of Portland and mailed to City of Portland, Attn: Liquor Licensing Renewal 1120 SW 5th Ave, Suite 114, Portland, OR, 97204 (*Note New Address*)
