Portland State University - Student Legal Services
For students at PSU, Student Legal Services assists in landlord-tenant matters in Oregon, provided the opposing party is not also a PSU student. Appointments can be made by phone or online. They cover commons issues such as evictions, security deposit withholding, habitability issues, utility payment, and discriminatory eviction.
