Every Year

Businesses must file a Combined Tax Return at the same time the business files Federal & State tax returns (i.e., April 15^thfor calendar year taxpayers)
Exempt businesses must submit an Annual Exemption Request and supporting tax pages

Extensions

Businesses may request a six-month extension to file your return (Extension Form or file an online extension). This extension should be accompanied by a payment of the estimated tax due
