The Tillamook Neighborhood Greenway Enhancement project is a series of safety and design changes between NE Flint and 28th that enhance an essential existing link in our low-stress walking and biking network.
In 2015, the Portland Bureau of Transportation evaluated our network of neighborhood greenways and identified capital improvements needed on Tillamook to address high vehicle speeds and visibility at intersections. The Tillamook Neighborhood Greenway Enhancement Project will include the area of Tillamook between NE Flint and NE 28th, and project elements are expected to be constructed in 2019.
