Stewardship 

The Portland in the Streets Program invites you to beautify your neighborhood through the Stewardship program (formerly Adopt-a-Landscape). 

The Stewardship program exists to allow neighbors to  re-purpose, enhance, and energize adjacent spaces of unimproved public right-of-way space (for example, planting strips, medians, or pathways). An added benefit to becoming a steward of the public right-of-way space is access to free compost for the space (when available through Maintenance Operations)!
