Construction anticipated in Summer 2023.

Project scope includes street, sidewalk and stormwater improvements to the following streets with possible additional utility undergrounding and water main improvements :

• New NE Couch Street from NE 97th Avenue to NE 99th Avenue
• New NE Davis Street from NE 97th Avenue to NE 99th Avenue
• New NE Davis Street from NE 99th Avenue to NE 100th Avenue
