Advertised for bids on May 23, 2019.  Bids opened on June 20, 2019.

City Council authorized contract award on July 31, 2019 and the contract has been awarded.

Notice to Proceed issued to the contractor on September 13, 2019 with substantial completion anticipated in November 2020.

Streets include:

• NE 27th Avenue from NE Columbia Blvd. to NE Holland Street
• NE Holland Street from NE 27th Avenue to 25 or 52 feet east of NE 27th Avenue
