Virtual open house on Lloyd District bikeway projects, Thursday, March 3

The Portland Bureau of Transportation seeks public comment on options for three bikeway projects in the Lloyd District area to encourage more bicycle riding through safer and more comfortable bicycle connections.  The three projects are:
  • NE 12th Avenue overcrossing: provide better bicycle access across I-84 without adversely   affecting this key transportation corridor for other users, including freight and pedestrians
  • NE Holladay: provide comfortable and convenient non-motorized access to and through the Lloyd District, with a focus on the Rose Quarter, Convention Center, key business, and connections to other bikeways
  • N Vancouver/NE Wheeler: provide a safe and continuous bike facility from north of Broadway to the Rose Quarter
