The Portland Water Bureau‘s Community Information & Involvement team is available to answer calls from the news media 24-hours a day, seven days a week. 

During business hours, reporters should contact Public Information Officer Jaymee Cuti at 503-823-8064. Outside of business hours, all media calls to 503-823-8064 will be answered by an on-call member of the Community Information & Involvement team. 

The team is available for media and public inquiries regarding:

• Water main and hydrant breaks within the Portland service area

• Disruptions to water service within the Portland service area

• Water quality issues

• Road closures and traffic advisories

• Other urgent and emergency situations
