Since Fiscal Year (FY) 2011-12, the Portland Water Bureau’s Engineering Services Group has published an annual Capital Improvement Program Annual Report (CIPAR).
The purpose of the report is to increase transparency and accountability, and provide current Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project status details.
The report summarizes the Portland Water Bureau’s progress on its capital projects in the past fiscal year and lays the groundwork for upcoming budget discussions for continuing projects. The CIPAR includes detailed profiles and pictures for all major projects budgeted at $500,000 or more. A separate appendix includes profiles for all capital projects.
